You understand and acknowledge that the Company is not a traditional auctioneer. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.
If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release KSTP-AM, LLC , KSTP-FM, LLC, KTMY-FM, LLC
, its parent, affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Your Bid is a Contract:
Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from KSTP-AM, LLC , KSTP-FM, LLC, or KTMY-FM, LLC. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with KSTP-AM, LLC, or KSTP-FM, LLC, KTMY-FM, LLC if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by KSTP-AM, LLC, or KSTP-FM, LLC, KTMY-FM, LLC. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Unless you and KSTP-AM, LLC, KSTP-FM, LLC, KTMY-FM, LLC mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from KSTP-AM, LLC, KSTP-FM, LLC, or KTMY-FM, LLC. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when KSTP-AM, LLC, KSTP-FM, LLC, or KTMY-FM, LLC materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
